Idea-to-app studio Start a Project

How it works

From one message
to launch day.

Describe the idea in plain words. We plan it, build it and run it, and you see the work at every step, not a slide about it.

Describe → Plan → Build → Run · Four steps, one conversation

Four steps.

The same four steps for a website, an app or an AI workflow. You approve each one before the next begins. The scenes are illustrations with sample numbers.

Book a call
  1. Describe it.

Tell us the idea on WhatsApp or through the form, in plain words. On the first call we work out what is worth building and roughly what it takes. That audit call is free and you keep the findings.

    • WhatsApp or the form
    • Free audit call
    • You keep the findings
  2. Plan it.

You get a written plan: scope, deliverables, timing and a quote. Nothing is built until you approve it, and the plan is what we deliver against.

    • Written scope
    • Timing
    • Quote
    • You approve
  3. Build it.

    Preview image, to be replaced

Design and engineering happen in one loop. You review working previews, not slides, and we test on your real data before anything ships.

    • Working previews
    • Tests on real data
    • Your feedback each round
  4. Run it.

    Preview image, to be replaced

We host it, back it up, guard it and keep shipping changes, with a monthly report. You own the code, the data and the accounts, with no lock in.

    • Hosting and backups
    • Continuous guard
    • Monthly report
    • You own it

Privacy notice

This website introduces caveman.build and lets you contact us or book a call. The enquiry form prepares a draft in your browser. It does not send the form to a caveman.build server. Choosing Continue to WhatsApp passes that draft to WhatsApp; you decide whether to send it there.

Booking opens Cal.com, which receives the details you enter, including your name, email and project brief. We use enquiries and booking details to reply, arrange meetings and discuss your project. Aris is our AI assistant and may help handle WhatsApp enquiries. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive client information in an initial enquiry.

Our hosting and delivery providers process technical request information to serve and protect this site. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Cal.com loads when you choose a booking button; WhatsApp opens when you follow a chat link. These providers handle information under their own notices: Cal.com, WhatsApp, Google, Cloudflare and OpenAI.

For questions about information you have shared, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact us through +880 1738 245110. Data handling for project work is agreed separately before work starts.

Working with caveman.build

The first audit call is free. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not purchase a service or commit you to a project.

Scope, price, payment, timing, ownership, data handling and ongoing support are agreed in a separate written proposal before work starts. Website examples and animated scenes illustrate our work; they are not a guarantee of a particular result or delivery date.

Booking and messaging services have their own terms. Use your booking confirmation to reschedule or cancel a call. For project questions, contact us on WhatsApp.
